This is in-store bunting - a series of plastic flags strung together on white woven tape.
There are three different double sided flags, each approximately 15 cm wide and 22 cm long, with the same design on both sides. The sequence repeats ten times giving a total length of approximately nine and a quarter meters (excluding the lengths at each end used to tie the bunting in place).
