Stötnisse åker hiss
Description
Stötnisse åker hiss (eng: "Stötnisse rides the elevator") is a game based on a Swedish children book character created by Björn Schumacher and Kenneth Andersson. One of his greatest interests is to ride the elevator of his grandmother's apartment building and that is essentially what the game is about.
When starting out the player gets two options: to play or to listen to the story. Clicking on the boy and he will tell the story about all the people living in the building, both how his livid imagination sees them as well as who they really are. To play the game the player clicks on the elevator and then selects which floor he wants to go to. On each floor there is one character whose door Stötnisse sneaks up to and peeks through the letter box. The player can then interact with the character and its apartment by clicking on various items and thereby triggering various actions. The player first sees things as Stötnisse imagines them but by clicking on the characters how they really are is revealed. By clicking on levers various mini-games are initiated. There are 24 games in total and among others there is a memory game, a one armed bandit, a maze game and a colouring book game. By doing well in these the player is awarded with sugar cubes.
