Dr. Mario: Vitamin Toss
Description
Dr. Mario: Vitamin Toss is a Flash game used by Nintendo to promote the Game Boy Advance game Dr. Mario & Puzzle League. You play as Dr. Mario, who is trying to kill three giant Viruses in his hospital. Each Virus is standing in front of a vial. Dr. Mario pulls out giant vitamin pills, which must be tossed into the vial of the Virus of the matching color. The problem is that each toss is determined by a meter. A vitamin pill moves back and forth on the meter, going over colored zones matching the color of the Viruses. If the vitamin pill is tossed while the meter is on a color, the vitamin pill lands in that colored vial. If it lands on a blank spot between colors, it misses. Furthermore, each vial has a health meter for its Virus. When a vitamin pill of the correct color lands in the vial, the health is reduced a little. When the health is depleted, the Virus faints. If a wrong-colored vitamin pill falls into a vial, health is replenished, even reviving a fainted Virus. After all the Viruses are defeated, the player's total time is given, and they can send it to Nintendo for ranking.
