Stage 1, the treasure chests found throughout the game contain either 500 points, small heart, big heart or invincibility (for a short time)

Stage 4, using the sliding kick (press the attack button at the same time as you hit the ground after a jump/fall)

In this tricky section you need to use the slide right before you start jumping the ice blocks otherwise the invicibility will wear off too soon and you won't make it

Fourth boss, to damage this guy you need to get behind him so use the slide kick move
