Undead Legions

Undead Legions is a top-down twin-stick shooters in which the player shoots a lot of zombies. Each game begins by choosing one of the four characters. These differ in their statistics (damage, fire rate, speed, life) and have two unique special attacks which require mana to use. The standard gun has unlimited ammo. Then the zombie attack begins and the goal is to kill all appearing zombies without dying from too many hits. With each wave the number of zombies increases and sometimes an especially big boss monster comes along.

Collecting power-ups (some appear randomly, some are left behind by killed enemies and others can be gained by shooting non-hostile goblins which appear between waves) have positive effects. These can be temporary (e.g. a shield, a weapon upgrade or more speed), permanent (stat upgrades like faster mana regeneration or more damage), refreshments (health, mana, score) or bombs which instantly clear a part of the screen.

Beating the game unlocks the two game modes power-up heaven and overlord challenge. Alternatively the player can also start the survival mode in which the goal is to survive as long as possible against an endless zombies onslaught.
