Tanks. V.S.

Description

Tanks. V.S. is an action game in which the players take control over tanks. The left stick of the gamepad controls the tank's movement and the right stick controls the tank turret. There are two aim methods available: basic (the player aims in a direction and the turret automatically moves into position) and rotate (the player manually rotates the turret). The bullets bounce from the walls of the single-screen areas and each tank can only shoot another bullet after the one on screen has faded out after a while. Each hit is deadly and causes the tank to respawn in one of the four corners.

Each match consists of eight rounds and the goal is to have the most points in the end. Each round, a map and game type are assigned randomly. The five game modes are deathmatch, team game (like deathmatch, but killing the team mate gives negative points), last man standing (each player has three lives), assassination (points are awarded only for killing the marked tank - which makes the killer the marked tank - or kills while being the marked tank) and coin collect (points are awarded for collecting randomly spawning coins). All rounds run on a timer.
