Love Songs Adv: Futaba Riho 14-sai - Natsu
Description
First visual novel adventure game in the Love Songs franchise which focuses on one of the idols, namely Riho Futaba (双葉 理保), during her second year as a junior high-school student. Riho has been active in the entertainment industry since she was only 4 years old, but after being involved in an unfortunate kidnapping incident, she retired from the entertainment world and went to live in a small rural town in the island of Kyushu. The player takes a role of a rookie manager working at a talent scouting agency, looking for the next new talent. While there are many girls you will interact with, the focus of the story will be Riho once you get to meet her. However, persuading her to return to the entertainment scene might prove difficult due to her traumatic experience she has undergone as a child.
Most of the basic visual novel gameplay elements are present, from message log to fast forwarding. Characters feature lip-syncing during regular conversations, but remain still during CG event scenes. On screen text does can't be toggled off, but there's a brief delay when changing to a new scene before the on-screen text appears which shows the clear background image. Occasionally, characters appear in small window images showing only animated portraits instead of full body images, depending on the scene. All the NPCs in the game, heroines and side characters, feature full voice-acting.
The game release includes a thick booklet which features an introductory comic and a couple of pages dedicated to making-of sketches of the heroines from the game.
