Battle for the White House
Description
Battle for the White House is a mobile game that parodizes the American presidential election of 2008. The player can take control of one of six candidates, three for each party, and run to become president. The candidates are all caricatures of real American politicians: Barack Obama, Rudy Giuliani, Hillary Clinton, John Edwards, Mitt Romney and Fred Thompson. It's possible to do a complete tour with both primary and presidential elections or to just do the presidential tour. The game is played on a map of the United States divided into six regions. The player starts in north east and has to reach a vote target in each one.
To win votes the player plays a number of mini games. For each location four games are played and the performance decides the number of votes. Among the mini games are a Breakout variant where the candidate has to knock out a number of activists that are blocking the path to a limousine, a parade consisting of quick time events, a rhythm music game with the candidate dancing and a Pac-Man variant where the candidate has to collect ballots from the white house's garden while avoiding guards
