Cat and mouse on drugs.

The Good
The insane simplicity combined with incredible addiction. This was actually the game that made me want a Dreamcast, along with a couple others, but mainly this.

I love the speed and mind blowing action that is taking place at almost every moment.

Very shallow learning curve. "Place arrows on the ground to direct the mice the way you want." It doesn't get much simpler than that for a game.

The Bad
Lack of a full game map maker. Sure you could make puzzles but you couldn't make any online maps (or single machine multiplayer).

Also the fact that nobody ever wants to play me at the game because I'm quite good at it.

The Bottom Line
Just play it. You'll like it.

Pure, enjoyable gameplay stripped bare from anything distracting

The Good
The simplicity of the game is only skin deep - once you get over the spartan graphics and get involved in the gameplay, you'll have a hard time letting it go. It's simply baffling how the game manages to hook people.

The sheer brilliance lies in the hybrid gameplay: it's both a puzzler and an adrenalin-boosting (online) game. Either play the puzzle modes at your own leisure or play head-to-head with online players, computer players, or people sitting right next to you (the latter being the most preferred -since you can smack them from time to time).

It's a great party game, both fun for players and the audience. Be sure to warn your neighbours -since yelling, cheering, laughter and possibly profanity may be at hand.

The Bad
The audio tends to get terribly repetive in both puzzle and battle mode, and puzzles tend to have a rather irregular pace -sometimes you're getting a terribly easy puzzle after a very hard one.

The Bottom Line
Basically it's Lemmings and Bomberman combined. Both the puzzle element and the sheer, frantic fun have survived in a package of simple and attractive graphics.

Brilliant gameplay without the window dressing, which especially shines when playing this with three friends.
