Fast Lane Carnage

Fast Lane Carnage is a racing game with guns set in post-apocalyptic times. Similar to other genre classics the course is shown in a top-down perspective and the car is controlled with the keyboard keys. With additional keys the player can shoot various weapons and lay out mines to destroy his opponents.

Then the player participates in a league and the goal is, of course, to become the number one. Every race is between four cars; money is rewarded for good ending positions and destroyed cars. When a car is hit by a weapon, its energy bar sinks; but if it reaches zero not everything is lost. If the car gets destroyed it gets placed back on the track. With the money the player buys better weapons, engine boosts or armor for his car or nicer furnishing for his apartment. There are four car models with different abilities, e.g. better armor or speed. All opponents are fully equipped even at the start of a league when the player hasn't enough money to buy anything.
