Leading Lap MPV

Release

The game was originally supposed to be published by Black Legend Ltd. (who are also credited in the game) but after that company was closed in early 1996 it was close to not being released. Instead of going through a traditional publisher a cut down version of the game was released on the coverdisk of the April 1996 issue of UK magazine CU Amiga. In the following issue of the magazine the readers where given an upgrade offer where they could order the full version of the game. The cover disk version (Leading Lap SE) had the same features as the full game but only five of twelve tracks.
