The Amazing Spider-Man: Lethal Foes
Description
The Amazing Spider-Man: Lethal Foes is based on the Spider-Man cartoon of the time and pits Spider-Man against several of his old foes as well as an army of Spider-Slayers. Spider-Man can attack with a hand-to-hand combo or by shooting out pellets of webbing. He can crawl on any wall or ceiling and also swing along with his webbing strands if he has enough clearance. The story is told in dialogue scenes with the stage's boss as well as Spider-Man's allies at the end of each stage.

The Good
This Spider-Man video game is based on the Spider-Man animated series that aired on (at least in the Untied States) Fox Kids.
This game s a HUGE improvement over the other SNES games starring Spider-Man in every way; graphics, sound, music, game play and overall fun.
In this game, Spider-Man is easy to control, the levels and bosses are taken straight from the cartoon series/comic books and everything about this game screams 16-bit, platforming fun.
The Bad
This is an excellent platforming gaming, but it is still hard to make a platforming game feel original.
Sometimes I wanted to be able to play the game with a friend, even through that would have been difficult to program into the game in a way that made sense.
The Bottom Line
The Amazing Spider-Man: Lethal Foes is pure, spun gold! It is one of the best -- if not the best -- SNES game starring Spider-Man.
