Description

Anno 1503 is the successor of the mega-hit Anno 1602. As its successor, Anno 1503 is a 2D-strategy game which challenges you with the time of the renaissance. You will have to explore new islands and regions and finally build and manage your own city! Anno 1503 tries to combine the "best parts of Real-Time-Strategy and empire building" with a strong fighting-mode.

Anno 1503 is a huge game with lots of different possibilities.

It’s complicated, aggravating, and boring, without a whole lot to offset that. kvn8907 (116) 1.67 Stars1.67 Stars1.67 Stars1.67 Stars1.67 Stars

Trivia

The Anno 1503 Source-Code is about 400.000 lines long - almost everything coded by just two coders. And the graphician, Ulli Koller, has studied architecture - thus the very detailed buildings: http://www.anno1503.com/view_fullsize.php4?area=3&lang=1&id=575

By the way - Ulli is a very nice looking austrian woman :)
