Dan Riddle started at Mindcraft Software in 1989 as game tester then Mindcraft's 1st "employee". He performed a variety of positions until Mindcraft's 1993 closure including Mgr of Cust Service/Tech Support, Playtesting Coordinator, Project Manager ("Star Legions") & game manual developer.
Dan worked at CyberMedia, Inc. from 1996 - 1998 as Tech Support Supervisor then Business Systems Analyst until its acquisition by Network Associates.
He graduated from Cal State University Fullerton in 2003 with a BA degree in Business Administration/ Information Systems. He has continued to work in a variety of Customer Service & Technical Support positions.
