Andrew was Managing Director of PBM Games Companies TBA Games and Championship League from 1993-2001.
He incepted and founded Steel Monkeys, console game developer in 1997. As Commercial Director and Lead Designer he was responsible for the design of all of Steel Monkeys Games and was the closer on every deal. He quit Steel Monkeys in 2003 after taking them to number 12 in the Deloitte and Touche Fast 50. Steel Monkeys collapsed one year later.
Andrew went on to co-found Slam Games, a PC and mobile game developer and research consultancy. Slam design software, toys, games and perform technical research.
Andrew was also a founder of TIGA, the SGA and is a member of industry lobby group SISG.
