Lou Viveros worked in and out of the gaming industry in sales and management for many years. He is currently not involved with games and has resumed the role of a management consultant after working for Logitech in Latin America.

In 1999 Lou partnered with John Peterson to acquire Ripcord Games from its parent company, Matsushita Electric Corp. of America, and was President of Ripcord Games LLC until 2001.

Previously Lou worked for Matsushita's Panasonic Interactive Media division as its General Manager for several years, beginning in 1996.

His first position in the industry was Sales Director for Activision (1987 - 1990).
