David Bishop is a programmer and game designer who has worked in the industry since 1983.

Bishop joined Virgin Games in 1989. He subsequently worked for Mindscape and Play-Jam. In 2008 Bishop founded his own company, Pixie Dust Games, but it did not last very long. He was next employed at PopCap Games where he worked on the popular title Plants vs. Zombies.

After leaving PopCap in 2012 he worked for Mind Candy. In collaboration with David Amor and Chris Lee he founded Delinquent Interactive in 2014. The company was acquired by MAG Interactive.
