Shōji Masuda (桝田 省治, born Jan. 22, 1960) is a Japanese game designer and the director of MARS Corporation.

While employed at advertising agency I&S in the 1980s, Masuda began working with Hudson Soft on game projects; after working with Hudson on several successful projects, Masuda left I&S to work as a freelance game designer, continuing to work with Hudson as well as Data East. By 1995, he had started working under the MARS banner, and officially established MARS Corporation in April 1998.
