Jim joined the industry in 1989 with Cross Products. Jim became MD (CEO) of the company in 1993. In 1997 Jim joined DMA Design where he stayed for 4 years as Development Director. Jim established Game Options Ltd in 2002 which has now become Europe's biggest freelance agency for game development staff. Jim joined Codemasters and spent 2 years as Executive Producer on Colin McRae Rally. Jim is now Head of External Development at SEGA Europe.
