As the founder of Threewave, Michael Goodhead has overseen the innovation which brought Capture the Flag to the first person shooter genre. In this role, he’s overseen the development of more than sixty commercial content packages for games such as Soldier of Fortune II: Double Helix, Counter-Strike: Source, Quake III: Arena, Star Wars: Jedi Knight - Dark Forces II, Star Wars: Jedi Knight - Jedi Academy, Return to Castle Wolfenstein and Doom 3.

Many of maps developed by Michael are featured in competitive tournaments since their release. Michael continues in his role as Game Design Director by working closely with the development teams at Threewave to tightly integrate gameplay into the multiplayer content.
