Video Modes Supported : Amstrad"Amstrad" refers to the embedded video hardware on Amstrad PC-compatible machines popular in the UK in the mid 1980s. It was essentially a CGA card, but could also do 320x200x16 and additional color in 640x200. Similar to extended Tandy/PCjr video modes, except that the memory organization was different than the Tandy/PCjr.
Note: Games that supported the Amstrad's extra graphics modes usually also supported its digital joystick. Amstrad is part of the Video Modes Supported category. |
