Overview edit · view history

Metro3D Europe Ltd. is the European branch of Metro3D, Inc. The initial founding date is not known, but it was re-established in 2005 when the US company Metro3D, Inc. entered bankruptcy proceedings. The shareholders sold off the European division to Stewart Green of Green Solutions Ltd., who also owns Data Design Interactive Ltd. The company was then re-established as a separate UK registered company.

The name still appears to have been used in 2007. From then, the parent company started to focus on Wii games and Metro3D was re-branded as the publishing label Popcorn Arcade in August 2007.
