Overview edit · view history

Conspiracy Entertainment Corporation was an independent publisher and developer in North America and Europe. They were founded in 1997 and were based on Santa Monica, California. The company went public in 2006.

They published a number of licensed and original IP titles across 4th through 7th generation consoles, as well as the PC. Most were targeted at the low cost value segment of the market and were generally not well received critically, with the occasional exception.

After the releases of Rock the Dead for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 and Emily the Strange: Strangerous for the Nintendo DS, the company went dormant and shortly after, their official web site turned into a review site for online casino games, which is still online and maintained as of 2024. It's uncertain if this site is officially tied to the company or not. Their stock continued to be traded with virtually no value until 2013, when it was revoked by the SEC for failure to submit required financial filings.

Company founder Sirus Ahmadi would later go on to found short-lived publisher 612 Entertainment, based at the same corporate address from which it took its name.
