ValuSoft was a publisher and distributor of budget interactive entertainment and productivity software, founded in suburban Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA in 1997.

They offered their products typically priced from $9.99 to $19.99 in large retail chains (Wal-Mart, Target, K-Mart, Office Depot, Office Max, Best Buy, Babbages, CompUSA). They also held an exclusive licensing agreement with IMSI to publish their full line of productivity products as well as TurboCAD. In Europe, they partnered with Gauntlet Entertainment in the United Kingdom for distribution.

ValuSoft was acquired by THQ on 22 May 2002. It was then sold to Cosmi Corporation on 25 April 2012, after which the two companies merged to ValuSoft Cosmi.
