Ian originally joined Tiburon Entertainment at its founding as employee #6. Given the choice between Madden NFL '96 and NHL '96 for the Super NES, he picked Madden and worked on nearly every version of Madden released between 1995 and 2011 and contributed to many other games including NASCAR '08 and NFL Head Coach '09. In 2011 he left EA Tiburon for Firaxis Games.
