Started working for Cosmi in 1982. With Cosmi's low budget like environment, Paul Norman was making all aspects of the games he created. He is known for Forbidden Forest, Aztec Challenge, Super Huey I & II, and Navy Seal.

After leaving Cosmi, Norman worked for Tiger Media on CD-ROM interactive titles.
