Raymond Hogue is a retired lead programmer for the Cosmi Corporation. He started with Cosmi in 1987 and was with them for eleven years. The first game he developed for Cosmi is titled Defcon 5 which was the PC version of the Commodore 64 game by another Cosmi programmer and his friend Paul Norman.
