RollerCoaster Tycoon: Corkscrew Follies

More of the same, which is generally a good thing.
The Good
The new coasters were probably my favorites but they also added some new tamer rides that had been missing from the original. It basically plays the same as the orignal with a few minor tweaks here and there.
The Bad
Still no Tilt-a-Whirl. What kind of amusment part doesn't have a Tilt-a-Whirl? The guests are still a bunch of whiny morons. I give them free maps and they still can't find their way out of the park. The maintenance guys are still lazy and I spend too much time forcing them to do their jobs when I should be building. I would love to know when the security guys actually do something. I usually hire one but I have no idea if or when he's busting people for vandalizing my park. Some of the requirements for the new parks are a little steep. 1200 people is a lot to fit in and I usually spend the last two or three months of each campaign advertising heavily just to cram more guests in when it would be more fun to build.
The Bottom Line
Even though I wrote more about what I didn't like about the game than about what I did like, I still enjoy this game a great deal. It's a nice little diversion from the shoot-em-up and real time strategy games I've been playing lately. I hope we get a sequel or a second expansion pack soon.

Even more of the same Roller Coaster action!
The Good
If you read my review for the original game, then the same apllies here.
More Coasters, more rides, more scenery. A great addition to an already fun game.
The Bad
UNFORTUNATELY...
The same applies for the dislikes. The AI for the Maintenance/Janitors is still sloppy. And Still no Stand-Alone Roller Coaster editor OR Sandbox mode.
The Bottom Line
Like I said in my RollerCoaster Tycoon Review, This game is a great sim that really doesn't feel like one due to all the fun you have. It's more of the same, and in this case, it's a welcome additon.
