Plagiarism

Many elements of Rocky (original title) were copied from the arcade Punch-Out!!. Specifically Rocky's loading screen main character and protagonist - ZX Spectrum and MSX versions - who is equivalent to Punch-Out!!'s 1st opponent, Glass Joe. The last was almost literally copied from the respective arcade cabinet illustration. Rocky's last opponent picture, Fighter Bull, is also equivalent to another Punch-Out!!'s opponent, Bald Bull, copied too from the respective Arcade cabinet illustration.

Title

The game was first titled Rocky but had to be withdrawn because of the similarity with the famous series of movies. Later it was renamed to Rocco and re-released.
