Mindless Ultra-violent Beat'em Up? That's my kind of game!

The Good
It's quick, fun, easy and very violent. You can use a wide variety of attacks, combos, special moves and, of course, fatality moves. Animation is smooth, load times are way faster than the PS2 version. It's a game a la "God of War" or "Ninja Gaiden": your mission is to kick ass, a large amount of asses, with your bare hands. Or with weapons, that make you a lot more deadlier. There's blood, kicks, disembowelment, action... even hot chicks.

The Bad
Boss fights can be tricky, specially the last one. The graphics are exactly the same of the PS2 version, no improvement here. There is some glitch with the volume of the music, voices and effects, causing sometimes complete silence, or a loud speak. Other glitches include falling outside of the world. The story is simply hilarious. Ludicrous. I laughed out loud with it. It's only a excuse for the game to take place. And it's very short: you can skip a lot of fights.

The Bottom Line
It's the kind of game you can enjoy to release some stress. As I said above, it's a lot like "Ninja Gaiden", though much easier, and like "God of War", though much tougher: you just can't win by smashing the buttons, you have to block, jump and flee sometimes. Although short, it's fun and enjoyable.
