SSX Blur

The Good
SSX is fun gameplay with 3 peaks, 2 characters and a fell very much like SSX 3. Carving feels great and controls are good. Concept art and a lot of un-lockable outfits make for a healthy single player game with a lot of replayability. The soundtrack is AWESOME all done by Junkie XL, SSX Blur's sound is by far the best I've heard in an extreme sports video game. The sound effects are okay. The graphics are pretty and decent for the Wii, but not the best I've seen.

The Bad
Uber tricks are VERY hard to pull off. The levels repeat and the difficulty level of the game is quite hard. The tricks get repetitive pretty quickly. Multi-player is boring and gets old quick as well. The concept art is nothing special.

The Bottom Line
Fun game that's faithful to the SSX license. Any Wii owner should get this game if they are an SSX fan. I have yet to do an uber trick in gameplay, which makes much of the fun content seemingly unavailable. The harder events later in the game are proof that the game is for hardcore fans only.
