Better synchronize multiplayer gameplay with the Russian version of the game.
Other fixes/changes include
- Random opponent tooltip added to the multiplayer menu
- Units in the encyclopedia are now always shown in high resolution
- Nival.net checks email addresses to ensure valid formatting
- Improved vehicle pathfinding, especially when traversing plateaus
- Damage indicators improved for key buildings in multiplayer
- Fixed game crashes when players cannot connect to Nival.net
