Virtual Silence
Description
Jason is an autistic child and he has never uttered a word in his life. His mother takes him to a doctor who offers experimental treatment. It is dangerous and it is possible it will not help him at all. Jason's brain is hooked up to a helmet that uses electric shocks to stimulate the brain. These give him the illusion of a virtual environment where he needs to pass three tests.
The game is only shown as the visualization of tests in Jason's mind. His consciousness is represented by a character that the player controls in an abstract environment. The character is able to shoot small bullets and change the environment's colours. This second action is related to many small puzzles in the game where obstacles disappear when they have the same colour as the environment. The game contains flashing images which may cause photosensitive epileptic seizures.
