EVAC
- EVAC (2010 on webOS, Android, iPad...)
Description
It begins with a simple electrical fault and leads to the total destruction of a building and a mad dash to escape with your life! As fires spread out of control and floors collapse around you, you must run and jump your way to safety.
EVAC is a short platform game, made in just three hours by Jonatan Söderström (better known as Cactus). The goal of each level is simple: You must reach the exit before the floors are totally eaten away by fire. The fire spreads from the left of each screen, and causes barrels to explode and scenery to fall.
To underline the state of chaos, the color palette cycles at random and a glitchy-sounding tune provides audio accompaniment.
