The gameplay is still a point-&-click one. Right-clicking is switching from an action to another and left-clicking is the use of these actions: walk (little Ben walking), interact (hand), random talk (exclamation point), talk (question mark), look (eye). You can also interact with your inventory, whether for using an object outside of it or inside of it.
