737-400: Greatest Airliners - Special Edition

Moby ID: 58359

Description

This is an unofficial add-on for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2000 and Microsoft Flight Simulator 2002. The add-on aircraft has 83 liveries included, 31 made by the developer PSS and 52 made by third party developers. To use more than the default livery (British Midlands), the included 'TextoMatic' and 'LoadManager' tools are used to compile and create variants of the aircraft.

The aircraft itself only has a 2D cockpit, with popup panels in the main cockpit view. In addition there is a virtual cockpit panel for a passengers view over the wing or inside the cabin. The panel controls include EFIS, AFDS, FMA, MCP, GPWS and for FS2002 also TCAS. Using the Flight Management computer in the cockpit will launch an external tool, from which pre-made flightplans and aircraft details can be changed. There is also a 90 minutes cockpit VHS video included showing the actual operation of many of the instruments of the aircraft.
