Description

C1 Circuit is a street racing game. The title refers to Tokyo's Inner Circle Route (Route C1) which is part of the Shuto Expressway and known for its street racing. The game is three dimensional with polygon graphics and it's by default played from a third person perspective although it is possible to switch to a first person hood view.

After creating a profile, which involves selecting one of four cars as well as a difficulty level, the player can race in three different modes: scenario, time attack and two players. The scenario involves competing against AI opponents, one at a time, and after four rivals have been defeated it's possible to move on to another class. Time attack lacks opponents and is all about racing against the clock. The two player mode is for playing against another human player over system link. When not racing the player can go to the garage where parts can be bought and sold and the car can be modified in various ways.
