Windows 3.x? (Black Sect)

Has anyone ever seen a Windows 3.x version of this? All I could find are DOS versions.

I couldn't find any sign of such a version either; checked all my sources, magazine (p)reviews and my own collection of 3.x games. The Amiga version was, however, re-released on Amiga Classix 3, so if there was no such release then that might have been the source of the confusion (even though that would have been a 32-bit Windows release).
