Description
The Caribbean Sea in the 17th century. England, France, Spain and the Netherlands fight for the leadership of the colonies in the New World. This is the scenario for Port Royale 2 – the sequel to
Port Royale (released in 2002).
The main focus is on building production facilities and on trading goods in over 60 different towns whereas the prices change by supply and demand.
But trade is not everything, as pirates and military fleets threaten the convoys. The seabattles are similar to "Pirates" after shooting at the enemy ships, swordplays are necessary to capture the enemy ships.
Later in the game with more gratitude earned you can build and oversee your own towns.
