This is a special version of Ultima IX that was especially made in honor of the Ultima series' fan club, called "Ultima Dragons".
The box of the game is bigger than the normal one and is sized at 31 x 38 cm and the contents are:
- Ultima IX (2 CDs)
- Ultima Collection (1 CD)
- Ultima IX soundtrack (1 CD)
- 8 tarot cards, one for each of the sacred virtues
- Ankh pendant
- Ascension poster
- A cloth map of Britannia (40 x 40 cm)
- Leather Game Journal

- Certificate from Lord British
- Ultima Collection Reference Card
