Biography edit · view history

Nils Bote started in 1993 at German-based games publisher Softgold as Producer.

Responsible for localization of ingame assets, manuals and box art, he joined the sound studio crew right after translating LucasArts "Sam & Max" and focused on casting and directing voice talents for more than 50 PC and video games since then.

In 1999 he joined Conspiracy Games as producer for PS2, XBox, GBA and Dreamcast games.

After leaving the games biz in 2002 for two years to work as project manager developing intra- and internet sites for the pharma and media industries, he found back to his roots and worked as executive producer at mobile games developer and publisher Ojom on nearly 50 different titles.

In 2008 he supported mobile games developer Twistbox Games as Head of Creative and in 2011 he assisted Frankfurt based Core X Live as Lead Game Designer for two unreleased F2P social browser games.

Nils is working since 2008 as freelance game designer, consultant and producer for the games industry.
