The founder and head of Scorpius Software was Mark Sheeky. The company created games since 1991 - first for the Amiga, later for the PC. Mark Sheeky was creating everything on his own - the code, the graphics and the music.

At the end of 1990s the name of the company was changed to Information Software, and now it's defunct. Mark Sheeky is now working in Cornutopia Software.
