Rob Cairns, Key Account Director, New Media & Games at APM Music -- the world’s leading production music library & music services company and joint venture between EMI Music Publishing and Universal Music Publishing -- focuses heavily on the video game industry.
Since 2002, Rob has licensed thousands of APM compositions and recordings into hundreds of game titles. Working closely with music professionals at many of the world’s greatest video game companies, he has helped to form meaningful and multi-dimensional partnerships between APM and the game industry.
Beyond game music, Rob also specializes in other new media markets such as ringtones, user-generated content, digital music retail sales, re-records (cover songs), commercials, film, television, custom music negotiations, and various mechanical models such as products featuring sound chip recordings.
