Guilherme Chirinéa

Guilherme Chirinéa (Gui) is our distinguished Brazilian approver and resident psychologist, charging at extreme rates (MG points, hence his ranking) per session. He joined MobyGames in 2002, and has since then become one of our leading Brazilian contributors, specializing in many platforms such as PC, NES, Genesis, SMS, Atari 2600, but specifically for his work with Odyssey 2. He is also proud of many of his contributions, especially his humongous product code submissions, which of course gives the other approvers one big headache.

His dedication and contributions have been noticed by the MG admins, resulting in an invitation to join the inner circle of MobyGames as an approver (the first fantasy of every MG user). Thus, as of 24 June 2006, Gui became our first Brazilian Approver. A decision, which he may no doubt regret for the rest of his life. :)

In 6 June 2008, Gui fulfilled the utmost “final fantasy” of every MG user frequenting our forums, which is to become an official game developer in the MG database (hint: the page you’re seeing right now). At this point, the only thing left for Gui is to take over MobyGames and eventually… the world.
