Kōsuke Fujishima (藤島康介, b. July 7, 1964) is a Japanese manga artist, illustrator, and character designer from Chiba, Japan. He made his manga debut in 1986 with You're Under Arrest!, and is best known as the author of the long-running Oh My Goddess! He has also provided character and mechanical designs for several well-known anime and game franchises, most notably the long-running Tales and Sakura Taisen series.
