I would be very grateful if someone could identify this game for me.

The game is a 2D plane (top down view), and your character (green blob in my picture) can move along the border of the plane (the white line). Enemies (red blobs in my illustration) bounce around the plane, but they cannot hurt you as long as you are on the border.

To beat the level, you must risk traversing the plane from one point on the border to another, as you do this a line is drawn behind you. If an enemy touches that drawn line before you reach the other side, you lose a life. If you're fast enough to cross the plane to reach another border, the game fills in the area created with your line. You beat the level by filling in a set percentage of the plane.

I remember playing this game as a kid that would reveal sexy ladies (specifically Playboy Playmates) in the background as you fill in portions of the 2D plane; this was on Windows XP in ~2005, but I'm sure I've seen a non-erotic version of this game also.
