I spent about 30-45 minutes searching for a possible variation for that release, in the hopes maybe it was released under a different name somewhere else in the world. I'm not having any luck. Even trawled through a bunch of ebay stores looking for it. Best I could find are compilations already listed here... :/ Actually, I couldn't even find the images (or listing) you found...

Hopefully someone can find this though.
