Edit: it was fixed.
Notification emails for approved items have an incorrect link to the item that was approved.
For example: My screenshots for Majesty: Heroes of Ardania were approved and the message I've received was:
"The game screenshot that you submitted on 23.04.2015 has been approved."
The link is broken because the "http://www.mobygames.com" appears twice.

I noticed a similar issue in a notification email I received recently. It was a 'Clarification or changes needed' notification and the links at the bottom were incorrect, as follows:
I just wanted to mention that in the email I received with subject 'The game Hay Ewe, clarification and/or changes needed. [ref #4992866]' has a few issues with the links at the bottom.
The links appear to be invalid, as follows:
