I can't submit credits (step 5 of 6) in half of the added games. Neither Submit nor Save button works.

Also the links explaining how things work are also broken. For example in this text: If you are unsure what grouped credits are, you can see an example from the manual of SimGolf or look at the game Duke Nukem: Manhattan Project (small number of groups) or Assassin's Creed: Odyssey (large number of groups and subgroups).
