A submission of a critic review from the website Game Revolution caused the message to appear. I submitted another critic review from a different website for the same game and it worked just fine.

Also, ocurred is misspelled. It should be "occurred".

Edit: I tried to resubmit it again and this time it worked.

This not particular helpful message is displayed when you enter a date with wrong formatting, e.g. "203-12-12" instead of "2023-12-12".
